Angola Visa Requirements

a valid passport (Valid at least for 6 months from departure date )
An application form filled out in duplicate for all applicants
TWO passport size photo
A verbal note from the Ministry of External Affairs. ( for Canadians Diplomatic Passport holders only ). For others, a letter from the applicant's embassy is required.
Documentation or correspondence related to the purpose of travel
Photocopy of ticket and the first three pages of the applicant's valid passport
A letter of invitation sent by an individual or institution to be contacted in Angola Photocopy of round trip ticket and the travel itinerary. Proof of means of subsistence while in Angola (Cdn$ 250) a day. ( Bank statement or letter from an employer sponsoring the travel normally is considered as a sufficient proof. )
For BUSINESS VISA # Medical statement of health including HIV test. # Copy of contract addressed to the Consular services duly signed by the representative of the firm or institution employing, hiring or sponsoring the trip, with the specific reference to the job to be performed by the applicant, the duration of the engagement and assuming full financial responsibility for the applicant. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Trade must authenticate it. # Statement agreeing to respect Angolan Laws, authenticated by a Public Notary.
